High pressure rotary airlock valve for dense phase transportation of plastic particles

The rotary airlock valve in the picture is specially developed and designed by TECLION for dense phase pneumatic conveying conditions. The conventional rotary airlock valve can only lock the air in a working environment with a pressure difference not exceeding 1.5 barg, and can only be used for normal operation of dilute phase pneumatic conveying.

The photo shows the anti shear structure design of the rotary valve at the inlet, and there is also a unique anti material shear structure at the outlet of the rotary valve.TECLION's unique anti shear structure greatly reduces the probability of blockage caused by material accumulation at the discharge outlet, greatly reducing the crushing rate of granular materials.

The rotary valve in the picture adopts an air sealed form, which can effectively protect the shaft seal and extend the service life of the rotary valve. In addition, this rotary valve is also equipped with an electromagnetic valve, which facilitates customers to adjust the air pressure in a timely manner.

Another major advantage of this type of rotary valve is that it can be started with material, which saves customers a knife gate valve between the outlet of the silo and the inlet of the rotary valve
